Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs).
The delegation led by Prime Minister Oli reached Awaza, Turkmenistan via Dubai International Airport at 2:30 p.m. local time. Prime Minister Oli was welcomed at the Turkmenistan-Bashai International Airport by Vice Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan (MP) Hojamyarat Zeldymyradov, Permanent Mission of Nepal to the United Nations, Resident Representative in New York Lok Bahadur Thapa, and others.
Prime Minister Oli is visiting Turkmenistan at the formal invitation of Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedow and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for the conference to be held in Awaza from 5 to 8 August.
