Kathmandu – NIC ASIA Bank Limited has relocated its corporate office to its own newly constructed building located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu–28. The new office building was formally inaugurated on the 10th of Jestha, 2082 (Nepali calendar), through a traditional Vedic Sanatan ritual ceremony conducted by the bank’s Chairman, Tulsiram Agrawal.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and other high-ranking officials of the bank.
With approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the corporate office has been relocated from its previous location at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu–11. The bank stated that with the relocation of the corporate office, it believes that customers and stakeholders will now be able to access the full range of banking services more conveniently from this new location.
NIC ASIA Bank has expanded its network across the country with 360 branch offices, 670 ATMs, 116 extended counters, and 42 branchless banking networks. Additionally, in its effort to promote financial inclusion, the bank has extended its services to remote districts with limited presence of banks and financial institutions such as Mugu, Kalikot, Bajhang, Rukum, Jumla, and Salyan.
