As a result, public transport vehicles have been parked in garages across Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Bheem Jwala Rai, president of the Nepal Transport Independent Workers\u2019 Organization, the strike is being carried out in response to the committee\u2019s call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transport operators are demanding the cancellation of the ride-sharing regulations introduced by the Gandaki Province government.
