Janakpur \u2013 Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stated that the government is committed to accelerating the country\u2019s development at rocket speed. While virtually laying the foundation stone for 320 kilometers of roads under the second phase of the \u201cOne Constituency, One Road\u201d program\u2014initiated by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Development of Madhesh Province and covering all eight districts\u2014PM Oli declared that a wave of development would soon sweep through Madhesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oli emphasized that good governance is the first prerequisite for development. He said that rather than relying on others, good governance must begin with oneself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis is a center of knowledge. Many poets, writers, scholars, and thinkers were born on this land. It is an ancient and intellectual region. This great land had no real reason to lag behind, but due to artificial causes, we fell back. That era of lagging behind is now over. We will now move forward,\u201d Oli stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
