It is particularly focused on <strong>Nepali international students and youth<\/strong>, who frequently struggle with issues related to identity, familial expectations, and isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMental health should not remain confined to whispers. It needs expression, empathy, and visibility. That\u2019s why we chose film as our medium,\u201d said <strong>Saroj Bisma Basnet<\/strong>, Founder CEO and Creative Director of Mauri-E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign will feature original short films, a documentary titled <em>\u201cBetween Two Worlds: The Invisible Pressure of Expectations,\u201d<\/em> interactive panel discussions, digital media content, and community-based programs. All events will be <strong>created for and in collaboration with youth<\/strong>. At the heart of <em>Mind Matters<\/em> is the goal to amplify, listen to, and understand the voices of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign\u2019s <strong>first major event<\/strong>, a soft launch titled <em>\u201cCineCause,\u201d<\/em> will be held on <strong>June 20, 2025<\/strong>, at <strong>Maya Lounge, Sydney<\/strong>. Maya Lounge has not only provided the venue but has also strongly supported the vision behind this campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are incredibly grateful to Maya Lounge. Their warm support and hospitality have paved the way to turn this vision into reality,\u201d said <strong>Arpan Keshar Khanal<\/strong>, Co-founder COO and Project Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch event will premiere a short film titled <strong>TEJ-US<\/strong>, which focuses on <strong>Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)<\/strong>\u2014a rarely discussed mental health condition.
