Kathmandu. Both Houses of the Federal Parliament are meeting today. In the meeting of the House of Representatives to be held at 1:00 PM at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Raghuji Panta will present a proposal to consider the ‘Tilganga Netra University Bill, 2081, which originated in the National Assembly.’
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will present a proposal to consider the ‘Amendment of the Constitutional Council (Duties, Powers and Procedures) (First Amendment) Bill’ made by the National Assembly. Agenda for the concerned ministers to answer oral questions related to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Youth and Sports, and Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.
Similarly, in the meeting of the National Assembly to be held at 1:15 PM, the concerned ministers are scheduled to answer oral questions related to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
Maya Prasad Sharma, Chairman of the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee, will present a proposal to discuss the ‘Study Report on the Status of Implementation of Delegated Legislations Made under the Tribhuvan University Act, 2049’.
Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka is likely to present a proposal to consider the ‘Water Resources Bill, 2081’, which was received with a message from the House of Representatives. (RSS)
