Kathmandu. Four different parliamentary committees under the federal parliament are meeting. The Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, and the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee are scheduled to meet on Monday.

The Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee will meet at 9 am at Singha Durbar. The meeting has an agenda to discuss the draft study report on the National Ethics Policy.

Similarly, the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee will meet at 11 am at the Law Committee meeting room, Singha Durbar. The meeting is scheduled to discuss with the MPs who will register the amendment proposal on the bill to amend and consolidate the Nepal Police Law.

The Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will meet at 11:30 am. The meeting is preparing to discuss current health-related issues with the Ministry of Health and Population.

The Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee will meet at 12:30 pm at Singha Durbar. The meeting has an agenda to discuss the problems of banana farmers with the Ministries of Finance, Agriculture and Livestock Development, and Industry, Commerce and Supplies, and stakeholders.
