Kathmandu. A total of 34 disaster incidents occurred across the country on Friday. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, disaster incidents such as landslides, incessant rain, lightning, fire, and animal attacks occurred. One person died and six were injured in the disaster.

Five different roads were blocked and the estimated damage is Rs 395,000. According to the authority, landslides have affected life in Panchthar, Taplejung, Lamjung, Mustang, Rolpa, Rukumpurba, Surkhet, Jajarkot, Rukum West, Doti, Bajhang, and Solukhumbu.

Similarly, incessant rains occurred in Solukhumbu, Kaski, Dang, Kalikot, Rukum West, Baitadi, and Dadeldhura. Similarly, lightning incidents have occurred in Bajhang, Sunsari, Okhaldhunga, Rupandehi, Sarkhet, Mugu, Kailali. Similarly, animal attacks have decreased in Sarlahi, Bardiya, Kanchanpur and Doti, according to the NEA. According to the NEA, a total of 3,447 disaster incidents have occurred from last Baisakh to Bhadra 18.

Of these, 221 people have died. Similarly, 22 citizens have gone missing and 811 people have been injured. 6,261 households have been affected by these incidents. A total of 254 flood incidents have occurred. Of these, 27 people have died and 22 have gone missing.

Similarly, 10 people have been injured and 1,812 households have been affected. Similarly, 418 landslide incidents have resulted in 19 deaths and 559 households have been affected. Similarly, 1,231 fire incidents have occurred. 23 people have died and 174 have been injured in the fire. (RSS)
