Kathmandu. Meetings of two parliamentary committees under the National Assembly are being held today.
The meeting of the ‘Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee’ is being held at 12:30 pm today at the committee hall in Singha Durbar. This is the 297th meeting of the committee. The meeting will discuss various issues including delegated legislation and the committee’s collaboration with the Law Society.
Nepal Law Society President and former Deputy Speaker Pushpa Bhusal (Gautam) and the society’s program director Mohan Lal Acharya have been invited to the meeting.
Similarly, the 305th meeting of the ‘Federalism Strengthening and National Concerns Committee’ under the National Assembly is being held at 1 pm today. The meeting has an agenda to discuss and approve the committee’s annual work plan for the fiscal year 2082/83 and the report of monitoring and interaction under Lumbini Province.
