Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is returning home today after participating in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit at the friendly invitation of President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China.
Prime Minister Oli had left for Tianjin, China, on Bhadra 14, leading a 23-member Nepali delegation.
During the visit, Prime Minister Oli met with President Xi Jinping of China in Tianjin. He addressed the summit.
Prime Minister Oli met with some world leaders participating in the summit. Prime Minister Oli met with Vice President Han Zheng of China in Beijing on Tuesday.
During the visit, Prime Minister Oli met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Maldives Dr. Mohamed Mizzou, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Dr. Somdek Moha Borvor Tipahde Hun Mahanet held separate meetings with Prime Minister Sotheay Siphandon of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Prime Minister Pham Minh Ching of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
