Unified Socialists’ directive to celebrate party’s foundation day

Kathmandu. The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialists) has directed all its district committees to celebrate the party’s fourth foundation day on Bhadra 25 by organizing various programs across the country.

The party has also called on people’s organizations in the country and abroad to celebrate the day. The party has instructed the central, provincial, district and local levels, the party’s people’s organizations and various departments and levels to celebrate the day by organizing creative programs, informed Damodar Aryal, Deputy Chief of the Central Propaganda Department.

It is said that the party district committees will organize programs such as cleanliness, tree planting, blood donation, interaction, souvenir release, and exchange of best wishes on the occasion of the day. Deputy Chief Damodar Aryal said that leaders of various political parties have been invited to the program organized by the central office in Kathmandu.

At the seminar on the current status, challenges and direction of the Nepali communist movement, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal will present on the contribution of the Nepali communist movement to strengthening the world communist movement.

The party’s top leaders are scheduled to review the polarization among leftist forces, the ideological deviations under the communist leadership, the current political situation in the country, and the role of the communist party.

The Communist Party of Nepal was established in Kolkata, India in 2006 BS with the aim of building a prosperous nation and fulfilling the task of real liberation of the Nepali people. Currently, the Communist Party has fragmented and scattered into various groups due to various reasons.

The CPN (Unified Socialist) was established on Bhadra 9, 2078 BS with the aim of reorganizing the communist movement, expressing disagreement with the then Communist Party of Nepal (UML) on ideological views. (RSS)
