Kathmandu. Five different committees are meeting under the Federal Parliament. The Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, the Public Accounts Committee, the Legislative Management Committee and the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee are going to meet on Monday.

All the committees will meet from 10 am to 1 pm in their respective assembly rooms at Singha Durbar.

The agenda of the Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee meeting is to discuss with the amending MPs regarding the amendments made to the Bill to amend some Nepal Acts related to land, 2082.

Similarly, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee meeting is scheduled to interact with stakeholders regarding the Media Council Bill, 2080.

Preparations are underway to discuss with all secretaries of the Government of Nepal in the presence of Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel in the Public Accounts Committee meeting.

Similarly, the Legislative Management Committee meeting will discuss the Water Resources Bill, 2081 clause-wise.

The meeting of the Law, Justice and Human Rights Committee has a discussion on the draft of the Sixth National Action Plan on Human Rights (A.Y. 2082/083-2086/087) with the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
